Very summery this weekend and planning to golf three days in a row so I'll be sweating. To which I say good, maybe that'll help get things moving in the right direction again. Up again today though this one sure wasn't a surprise. At least I haven't been notably hungry other than when I finally ate yesterday.
Breakfast: Coffee

Lunch: LC home tacos
Very standard, just used Valentina Extra Hot instead of homemade hot sauce.
Dinner: Double smashburger with cheese, pickle slices, 16 oz Mich Ultra
Just the right size dinner. And capping it off with a Powerade Zero in the futile hope that I might replace some of the five pounds of electrolytes I just lost. Resisted the chips, resisted the cookie.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, just under 10k steps. So humid out there, it was brutal.
