Not much pep today. Got essentially no sleep until 3:00 am when I finally used some nasal spray. Slept in and went to work quite late. Just not firing on all cylinders, that's for certain.
Thanks to a little exercise and a lot of sweating I didn't really pay for last night's unpleasant overfeed.
Breakfast: Coffee
Standard, if late.
Lunch: LC ham sandwiches
Went with the soft taco (bigger) size wraps this week, they're otherwise identical.
Dinner: Pizza Hut thin crust pep ham mush
Another comfort food sick night. Not especially enjoyable, seem to be largely over chain pizza.
Exercise: Nope.
