Okay, that is weird. I let go of a bunch more water after figuring that I was done. And I had a fairly carby dinner last night with a beer and two pieces of raisin toast. Sure did not expect that result. But I'll take it. I wasn't even very active at all!
Not a great deal of pep this morning - not as good as Tuesday but better than yesterday. If I could figure it out to have mornings suck less that would be great.
Breakfast: Coffee

Lunch: LC Home Tacos
Hey, it worked yesterday, so why not keep it up. Not sure if I have enough tortillas left for tomorrow, or time for that matter.
Dinner: 2 eggs scrambled with cheese and jalapenos, 2 sausage patties, 2 slices Thomas swirl cinnamon raisin bread with lots of butter, Meijer spicy vegetable juice, 12 oz All Day IPA
Same as yesterday, except I was out of shredded cheese so I used some Cabot extra sharp cheddar I've had on hand for a while. And I remembered to check the bread, I did buy the cinnamon raisin. Dinner comes together a lot faster when I don't make hash browns you know?
Exercise: Nope. Tired this morning and going back to the office tonight.
