Whatever I have may be easing up just a bit this evening. That said, I'm still spending my third straight evening parked in the recliner watching bike racing on TV and eating pizza. Not healthy. I do think it helped that I got almost 9 hours of time in bed last night.
Pleased that the scale hasn't punished me for the first two nights of this. I'm sure that streak will end tomorrow as today was worse. That's OK. Healthy soon and back at it.
Breakfast: Coffee
Made it in somewhat earlier than yesterday but I was still late.
Lunch: Jimmy Johns east coast italian (add mustard and pickle minus oil and vinegar), pickle
Forgot to delete mayo, at least I ended up with some. Oops. Forgot to take a photo.
Dinner: Dominos pep sausage onion, CFA frosted lemonade
Frosted lemonade tasted great. I thought about getting a full CFA meal but decided to continue to stay clear of the fried stuff and just had the treat while waiting for my very mediocre pizza to be ready.
