Except me, possibly. Tired this morning, didn't get to bed early enough and I did not have enough pep to get up when I woke up. Snoozed chair/couch style until the last possible minute, in this case 7:30. So that was a little disappointing. But I was not disappointed by the scale, which acknowledged the continued dumping of surplus water and dropped down below the start of month figure. Binge erased. I was also not disappointed by the lack of leg cramps which was a concern after yesterday's golf in the heat and humidity. I put a bunch of salt and Good Salt on the popcorn and that was apparently sufficient.
Breakfast: Coffee
Standard. May have to start slipping in some cocoa butter again.
Lunch: Home tacos, LC style
Getting used to the LC tortillas, they're actually not bad. Still a super easy lunch.
Dinner: 2 eggs scrambled with a little cheese and jalapenos, 2 sausage patties, 2 slices Thomas swirl raisin bread with generous butter, Meijer spicy vegetable juice, 12 oz All Day IPA
If I were less lazy I could go see if I bought cinnamon raisin bread or just raisin. Don't remember. Shouldn't eat the stuff and I probably won't buy another loaf, will just stick to having it on golf Saturdays out. But for now it's a good vehicle for butter.
Exercise: Nope. As mentioned quite fatigued this morning, though I did feel better after my shower.
