Up again. That's several days in a row and two and a half pounds this week. Irritating. And yet I don't know where those pounds are, since I don't feel notably bloated or anything. If anything I seem to be reshaping my body a bit, losing some of the midsection bloat, being a bit more defined. Only a little, but a little more normal is good.
Breakfast: Coffee
Standard. Not hungry.
Lunch: Deluxe sub ("Ham, pepperoni, American and mozzarella cheese, onion, mushrooms, lettuce, tomato and mayo. Made on monstrous 10" toasted buns")
By 2:00 I was hungry and nowhere close to home so I got what was convenient, the only close, quick option was a sub shop. This was a really, really, really good sandwich. Not a very inspiring photo, but it was eaten in the car and that kinda limits things.
Dinner: 2 eggs, scrambled with a splash of whole milk, diced ham and 2 slices of deluxe american cheese, 2 slices PF raisin toast with generous butter, Meijer spicy veg juice, 24 oz Miller Lite
Exercise: Nope. Lazy. Sleep schedule is way off and I didn't have too much pep at any time.
