More of the same old same old. Watching the scale will make you crazy, especially when you're up after a day where you hardly ate anything at all. Not many carbs. Oh well. Probably too much salt considering I didn't sweat much.
I did decide that it would be fun to try a belt so I ordered one this morning. If I don't like it well it was a cheap thrill. I'm a little dubious that it will work (due to lack of waist) but we'll see. Things haven't been looking terrible when I mess around at home with tucking in while wearing the usual suspenders. It's just not suitable for being out in public.
Hit the farm today to restock the ground beef supply and I got a nice comment from the woman working, she only sees me every few months but it was enough that she noticed I've dropped some pounds.
Breakfast: Coffee

Lunch: LC home tacos
Also standard.
Dinner: 3 eggs scrambled w a splash of whole milk, 2 slices Kraft deluxe american and jalapenos, 2 sausage patties, 2 slices Pepperidge Farm cinnamon raisin swirl bread w generous butter, Meijer spicy veg juice, 12 oz All Day IPA
Excellent tonight. Quite stuffed. The eggs are the smaller supermarket large, have a dozen of those to work through before I get to the new batch of farm eggs. That PF raisin toast is excellent.
Exercise: Nope. Rest day. Lazy day. One or the other.
