Glad that August is over. I'm not 100%, but any issues are mostly mental. I mean, I can deal with the fact that I'm having annoying sinus issues, they aren't bad enough to stop me from living. I can fight through fatigue. It's not such a big deal.
Thanks to the illness-related meltdown and gain of nearly 15 pounds August went from very successful to FAIL in just a few days. I'd be very frustrated if I hadn't felt like such garbage. I give my weak ass self somewhat of a pass for that.
Breakfast: Coffee
Very standard.
Lunch: Wendy's Daves Double, plain
Went to the grocery store at lunch and then grabbed the fastest cleanish food I could come up with. It was OK.
Dinner: Hamburger gravy with TCD mashed potatoes, 12 oz All Day IPA
There really wasn't that much gravy to it, decided I didn't really want to load up the flour or the milk. Turned out fine and I have leftovers for a couple nights.
Exercise: Nope.
