For whatever reason I'm not always remembering what the scale said. I mean I think I'm reporting accurately, but I have to think about it before coming up with a number. Lately of course they have all been bad due to awful eating, but it was happening when things were good too.
Breakfast: 2 eggs, 3 strips bacon, american fries, raisin toast, coffee
Local place, haven't been there much lately. A bunch of tobasco made the eggs and potatoes decent. Otherwise very good.
Lunch: Subway 12" meatball sub (tomato, jala, southwest, pickles), Snyders seasoned pretzel sticks
Sounded good, was good.
Dinner: Italian sub, garlic cheese bread w marinara sauce
Different sub place. Good stuff.
Exercise: Nope. No golf today, just working around the house.
