Bloatage

Need to grind pre-vacation starting tomorrow.  Don't need this bloat.

Breakfast:  Leftover deluxe pizza, coffee



Lunch:  GL chips, 2 hot dogs KRO

Dinner:  2x hamburger patties w chz KM, chips, salad, chocolate cake and ice cream

4thmeal:  2x BK bacon chbg, cheesy tots, Nice oatmeal mini cookies

Exercise:  12 holes w cart, about 8500 steps

Breakfast:  2 eggs over medium, 3 strips bacon, raisin toast w jelly, hash browns, coffee

Standard pre-golf breakfast out

Lunch:  12 oz Miller Lite, sack of Taco Bell

Dinner:  Ham, salami and cheese sub, garlic cheese bread w pizza sauce, rice krispie treats

Exercise:  18 holes with cart.  Just under 10k steps.
