Ate too much. Way too much.
Breakfast: Coffee
Lunch: Wendy's plain daves double
Dinner: 5oz sirloin, mashed potatoes, lake perch w tartar, salad w ranch, garlic toast w bar chz, 32 oz Labatt Blue
Fourthmeal: 2x BK bacon cbg, cheesy tots
Exercise: 9 holes with cart, as little walking as you can imagine
