I had to look up how much a gallon of water weighs. It felt like I got rid of that much last night and first thing this morning. Amazing how a simple shift away from horrendous eating can signal your body to get rid of it ... even if yesterday wasn't notably low carb.
Incidentally, the answer is 8.33 pounds.
Breakfast: Coffee
Standard.
Lunch: Polish ham, 2 slices Kraft deli deluxe american cheese, croissaints w butter, Meijer spicy veg juice
Was actually hungry. Needed more fat. Fingers crossed it will hold until dinner. Edit: It did. No hunger.
Dinner: Leftover hamburger gravy, mashed potatoes TCD style, 12 oz All Day IPA
Good again. One day's worth left. This time I made extra potatoes for tomorow.
Exercise: Nope.
