Well you knew it was going to happen sooner or later. And today, it did. The scale was up. The minimum, sure, but still up. Maybe if I hadn't had that early cup of coffee I could have been flat.
Oh, well. It's not a surprise. Very inactive day yesterday due to spending it all working. I wasn't unhappy with the food choices, but the cava was a bit much. Speaking of which, I'm very pleased to be suffering no ill effects this morning. It's not often at all that I have more than one drink.
Anyway, household chores and more office time today. Such an exciting life I lead.
Breakfast: Spelt lazy bagels with chive and onion cream cheese, coffee
Again. Added a bit of regular flour (00) today and I thought it worked well. Not much cream cheese, didn't have much left.
Lunch: 3 eggs over medium+ in butter, hash browns in EVOO, 3 strips Black Label thick cut bacon
I was curious what a 2/3C serving size of hash browns looked like, this might have been ever so slightly more since I measured but casually. It didn't look like much in the pan, but it was quite satisfactory.
Dinner: Chuck roast w gravy, mashed potatoes, carrots, crescent rolls and butter, blueberries and strawberries, 12 oz Miller Lite, chocolate chip cookies with a bit of Haagen Dazs vanilla ice cream
Sunday dinners. I also taste-tested the cookies before dinner since I would be giving some to family.
The cookies definitely passed the quality check.
Glass of whole milk for the capper.Exercise: Nope. I was much more active than yesterday, and other than negative progress on stairs I have felt pretty good.
