Ugh, I did not get enough sleep last night. Even less ready than usual for it to be Monday.
But as usual, I have to do it. Nothing else of note. Scale minimum up (boo), BP marginally down (yay), pulse random (wtf!).
Breakfast: 2 slices thick cut bacon, Cabot seriously sharp cheddar, orange juice, coffee
There is a method to the madness. Cacao butter in coffee x1
Lunch: CF beef jerky, Meijer hot kosher dill pickles
No time for lunch today so I 'prepped' some mobile food. Which was good - it's been a long time since I've had the CF jerky and it's excellent.
Dinner: Leftover chuck roast, mashed potatoes and carrots. 12 oz Miller Lite
I was quite hungry by dinner time, largely due to lack of hydration.
And the capper, chocolate chip cookies and milk. Really going to have to ration the milk to get to the weekend.
Exercise: Nope. Sadly lacking in the pep department.
