Sluggish

One good thing about being so busy is that the week goes by fast.  The downside of course is spending all that time working.  

Although I got more sleep last night I was much less rested this morning.  Sluggish.  It wasn't obvious why, either, as I slept straight thru til 6:45.  But I managed to get up and once I got going things have been fine.  It's still a pretty rare thing that I feel decent in the morning.

Scale with another pleasant if moderate drop, BP was more in the normal range recently but still trending down.

Breakfast:  Cabot seriously sharp cheddar, orange juice, coffee

 


Again.

Lunch:  3 eggs over medium hard in EVOO, 2/3 C hash browns in EVOO, 2 Meijer sausage patties

 


Should probably just say again on this.  Very good.

Dinner:  Soup, garlic parmesan lazy bagel things, 12 oz Miller Lite

 


Lunch held up great, which meant a later dinner than usual.  All good, though I think I might make a few changes to the LB and attempt something closer to Crazy Bread next time.

 


And a minimal capper.  The smallest chocolate chips cookies I had left and whole milk.

Exercise:  Nope.
