Better If Unpredictable

That's a little more like it.  I never know from night to night how I am going to sleep.  Last night, it was good.  Got nearly six hours, disposed of water, went back to sleep fairly quick.  Felt rested when it was time to get up, unlike yesterday.  And it was reflected in how I did morning stairs and just in general.  A good morning.

Also good news on the scale, nice drop today.  BP about flat, nothing noteworthy.  Still some room for improvement there.

Breakfast:  Cabot seriously sharp cheddar, orange juice, coffee

 


By having a mix w bacon yesterday I now have even portions for the rest of the week.  Cacao butter in coffee x2.

Lunch:  3 eggs over hard in butter, 2/3C hash browns in EVOO, 3 strips thick cut bacon

 


Wasn't paying enough attention on the eggs, didn't have them on the normal burner so they got more heat than usual.  Not a big deal, they still tasted great.  Also (adding this note later) excellent satiety.

Dinner:  Leftover chuck roast, mashed potatoes, carrots, 12 oz Miller Lite

 


Last of the chuck.  Reheated in some EVOO tonight instead of butter and it may have been even better.  I need to eat more roast - it took about five minutes to heat this up and it was time to eat.

 


The capper, more of the chocolate chip cookies with whole milk.  I think I got 22 out of my half batch recipe.  Gave a few away but I still have plenty for the week.

Exercise:  Nope.

Dollars Spent/Consecutive Days:  $0 / 12.  

I did have to spend $21 on meds (and it was $35 to fill up the gas tank the other day) but no food or drink.
