Serious water outflow continues. Must have made ten stops or more to dispose of it yesterday. And once again I woke up every three hours and couldn't get back to sleep after six. Which is unfortunate. I guess there is always a chance of a nap, but it's such a production and I never feel great after one.
Anyway, yesterday was another successful day though upon review I sure ate a lot of carbs. Some of that is weekend (lazy bagels), but much of it is a choice. We'll see if I can gradually decrease them, especially non-potato carbs, as some supplies get consumed.
Breakfast: Spelt lazy bagels, chive and onion cream cheese, coffee
Went spelt today. Pleasantly surprised that I'll probably get one more round out of my container of cream cheese.
Lunch: 3 eggs scrambled, leftover ham in butter, hash browns in EVOO
Dependably good, this was quite a bit of food. Will probably go at least one more day on the leftover ham.
Also had the rest of my mini loaf of bread with butter
Dinner: Home tacos, Doritos, applesauce, 12 oz Miller Lite, pecan pie and vanilla ice cream
Sunday dinners. Ate too much, And a glass of whole milk.
Exercise: Nope. Soonish.
