As usual, it is Monday, I am not ready but I have no choice. Must power through.
Slow start. I did not get enough sleep. Lately I have not been real dozy when I wake up to deal with water removal but today I was and could have easily gone back to sleep for a couple more hours. Not an option, however. I really need to tweak the schedule (and get some exercise), but reality is that I have lots of work to do which might dictate an office evening.
Scale was down despite less than optimal eating yesterday (the whole weekend, really). Water continues to depart though not as urgently. BP results were mixed. Continued monitoring required.
Breakfast: Cabot seriously sharp cheddar, coffee
After I eat this package I have a couple blocks leftover from the holiday to eat up. I do like the convenience of the presliced. Cacao butter 1x in coffee.
Lunch: Soup
Went for the quick lunch. Bigger bowl than usual since I ran out of 2 C containers. The freezer was completely full when I made the soup.
Dinner: Scrambled eggs with some peppers and onion, hash browns in EVOO, 12 oz Miller Lite
Decided to skip the ham. Almost out of hash browns, will be sad.
And the capper, windmill cookies and a glass of whole milk. Just about halfway through the package, they're still fresh and tasty.
Exercise: Nope.
