Faster

Thursday, January 8, 2025

The days never slow down, much like the work never stops piling up.  At least it was a decent morning.

Kind of a weird night.  Woke up at 2:00, disposed, didn't go right back to sleep.  Locked in on trying at 3:00, but it still took a while after that.  Lots of dreaming, not memorable other than it all seemed to be negative.  Stress-inducing stuff, even if implausible (because dreams).  So I won't say it was a great, restful overnight.  I think I need more exercise, start knocking myself out.

That said I don't feel bad.  Weight was down again, a more modest drop but still significant.  Water removal slowing further today, I think it's about done.  I may need to give the body a big shock -- like, say, by exercising! -- to keep it in weight loss mode.  Otherwise it might get too comfortable with the current eating and hold onto the pounds.

Breakfast:  Cabot seriously sharp cheddar, orange juice, coffee

Again.  Less than usual, dropped a slice and it wasn't salvageable.  Cacao butter in coffee x1.

Lunch:  3 eggs over medium in butter, 1 C spicy beans, 2 Meijer sausage patties

Quite tasty.

Dinner:  1/3 lb oven cheeseburger w mustard, Jesse and Ben's tallow fries w/ ketchup done in the air fryer, Meijer hot kosher dill pickles, 12 oz Miller Lite

Exercised good portion control on the burger, deciding to go 1/3 instead of 1/2.  Forgot how easy ovenburgers are.  Made too many fries, that's what I get for eyeballing it.  Sure are good though.  All in all a very tasty though perhaps less diet-friendly meal.

And the capper, windmill cookies and whole milk.  Decided to stretch the remainder over 3 days instead of 2 (portion control!) since they've kept fresh exceptionally well.  When I go back to buying things, I will buy them again.

Exercise:  Nope.
