Still Tolerating Some Things

And just like that, January is in the books.  Went by fast.  We'll call it a success, as my weight is down quite a bit, though the amount is considerably inflated by late-December holiday binge gains.  I'm just happy to break out downward from the range I was in for much of the month.

Which means that I'm going to have to watch those carbs.  I'm finding that I'm tolerating more than a true Atkins-style LC diet would allow, which is good.  For now, I can still tolerate a beer.  A bowl of popcorn after a mostly-meat dinner.  Some beans.  Of course who knows how long that will last - I'm sure I'll stall out again and will need to re-evaluate.  But for now, a little tolerance is good.

Sleep grade of C for last night.  Sleep at midnight, awake about 6:00, stayed in bed for another 45 minutes without getting any more sleep.  Moderate sinus congestion, a minor headache, both of which easily cleared once I got in the shower.  Reasonably rested, not peppy.  So overall a very average night.  I am pleased that I've been sleeping through uneventfully at least.  Scale down again nicely this morning.

Going to be a busy weekend.  Time to enjoy a cup of coffee and then get cracking.

Breakfast:  2 CF sausage links, sharp cheddar, coffee

Cleanup of odd links.  Bacon is thawing for the beginning of the week.

Lunch:  Keto bowl

Dependably good.  It was even a bit much today, though I did finish it.

Dinner:  Spaghetti, 12 oz All Day IPA

Hit the big health food store today, hey the sourdough spaghetti is on sale!  So I bought more.  As for this bowl ... yikes.  I looked at it and said "that's a LOT of spaghetti".  It was.

 Exercise:  Nope.  Relatively active, but no dedicated time.  Need to get back to the YMCA this week, though it looks like work is going to be brutal again.
