The scale and the feels were not in alignment this morning. I knew I would be up given that I've consumed a lot of water the last two days -- much more than usual -- and it hasn't come back out. I knew it. And I was. But, at the same time, I felt leaner this morning. Less midsection bloat. I don't know how much I could live with just some recomposition, there is too much weight to lose.
Also decided that a long-term social relationship was not worth it yesterday. Just too mismatched in terms of world view. It's been interesting working through that.
Sleep grade gets a default C. Went to sleep way too late, but slept okay and was fine this morning. No pep but not dragging.
Anyway, even though it feels like Friday it is not Friday. Let's keep going.
Breakfast: 4 strips CF black pepper garlic bacon, coffee
Standard.
Lunch: 3 CF eggs sunny in olive oil, spicy beans, diced ham, avocado, cheddar cheese
Going to need a name for this, I think, because it could become a regular feature. Very tasty.
Dinner: Keto meatloaf, swiss cheese, PK ketchup, mashed potatoes, 12 oz All Day IPA
Meh. Not great. Not even sure what I really wanted for dinner but it definitely wasn't that. Ate it because it was thawed and would get tossed otherwise.
Exercise: Nope.
