You would think that one of these days the lessons I learn about food would stick. Like, for example, that when you eat crap food, there are consequences. Sheesh.
I enjoyed last night's dinner for about three pieces of the cheesy bread, after that it was entirely unnecessary. It just wasn't ... enjoyable? I continued to eat because I don't learn my lesson, or if I do it doesn't stick. I need these lessons to stick.
Sleep was somewhat impacted as a result, was late getting to sleep and had sinus irritation. Got enough to be functional so sleep grade is a C. Scale wasn't terrible, especially considering all the water I drank. It's been even worse today - already went through well over a quart this morning - so I'll be up sharply again tomorrow. Which isn't the end of the world, but again, consequences you dumbass.
If you're going to eat crap, at least make it ELITE crap. Last night's crap was not worth it.
Also, it took two days, but my pulse is back down near the normal zone, so at least that's good. I'll still have to ask whether I should have been more concerned.
Breakfast: 4 strips CF black pepper garlic bacon, coffee
Lunch: 3 CF eggs scrambled with some diced Meijer ham, Cascadian hash browns in EVOO
Dinner: Popcorn w butter, 12 oz All Day IPA, an ounce of cheddar cheese
Exercise: Nope. Should be able to resume shortly, I hope.
