After losing all of yesterday, today is at least a little better. I'm functional.
Thing is, the only immediate consequences were an elevated heart rate and fatigue. Still sorting out the former, as for the latter I dozed for much of the day yesterday, went to sleep in the recliner about 7:15pm and woke up this morning at 7:30am. Not fatigued so far today, which is good. Now if the heart rate would just normalize we'd be cooking.
Sleep grade is accordingly a WTF. I never sleep that much. Scale dipped slightly, due to less eating.
Breakfast: 4 strips CF black pepper garlic bacon, decaf coffee
Stomach is fine so far today.
Lunch: Keto meatloaf, 3 slices swiss cheese, a little PK ketchup, avocado
A mix and match kind of lunch. Forgot to take a photo.
Dinner: Dominos pep ham pizza, bacon jala cheesy bread
Not a good day for the eating, nor for the picture taken. Will do better tomorrow.
Exercise: Nope.
