It's Sunday morning, let's do some chores!
Yeah, that is not real enthusiasm, but yes, it's happening. And that's okay. They need to get done sometime and among other things on the to do list is the preparation of some delicious food for the upcoming week. I definitely eat better when I have tasty, easy stuff ready to heat and eat. I think I only ate true fast food twice last month, which is a huge improvement. And one of those was just a meltdown, so I only hit fast food for a meal once.
Anyway, sleep grade is a C+. Got to bed late, sleep later, about 1:00. Too much doomscrolling after I got home from a post-dinner stint at work. Slept okay, but wasn't notably rested when I woke at 7:00. Pretty average. We'll give it the plus for feeling better than I would usually expect after six hours and it was straight through with what I vaguely remember as a positive dream. No change on the scale which is a huge win given lots of food and little exercise yesterday, and I haven't disposed of any of it, just water.
Today isn't going to be a good day with the food.
Breakfast: Lazy bagels with chive and onion cream cheese, coffee
Decided to dial back the portion size a bit, and took a little extra time on forming. Very tasty, now let's see if we can gain less weight than last Sunday.
Lunch: 2 CF eggs scrambled, sausage gravy, parmesan toast
Had to audible - I was going to have some soup my neighbor gave me on Friday and I just couldn't do it. Heated it up, took a bite and just noped. I think it was just the visual, I think she used red onions or something that gave everything a purple tinge and that was a turnoff. So I ate the parmesan toast and got working on a batch of sausage gravy. Not CF sausage, a leftover roll of Bob Evans Natural that I froze when I didn't need it at Christmas. I was planning to make gravy anyway.
Will have some spicy jala good crisps later, the one true junk thing I bought, they were on sale. Also had a spicy bloody mary with the V-8 mixer. Somehow I still have a few of those left.
Dinner: American goulash, salad, garlic toast, 12 oz Miller Lite, ice cream
Sunday dinners.
Also: Chicken McNuggets w sweet n sour, Sprite. I am going to have stop bringing my wallet and phone. I dunno what it is about Sunday nights that triggers me.
Exercise: Nope. Very active, even worked up a sweat, but nothing that counts.
