Nice to see the scale down this morning. I'm afraid it's going to be up the next few days, with some junk purchased and the Superb Owl on Sunday. Not a big deal, just need to get back on track on Monday and hopefully not get too crazy.
I believe I saw when I created this post that it was number 3,000. Wow. Considering that 99% of them are once a day recaps, that's a lot of days. Like 8 years worth. A little crazy that it has stuck as long as it has. And it'll keep going, at least as long as Blogger is around and makes it easy.
Nothing else to report. We'll give the sleep an average C. Nothing special in any way.
Breakfast: Buttermilk pancakes w butter and maple syrup, 3 strips CF garlic pepper bacon, coffee
Snack: Cinnamon rolls
Lunch: 2 CF eggs scrambled with diced ham, cheddar and guac
Cleaned up eggs and ham. Audible from grocery store brisket, since I spent the equivalent on the cinnamon rolls. Excellent satiety from this.
Dinner: Spaghetti, 12 oz All Day IPA
Going to have to reduce the amount of noodles - that's two weeks in a row where I said holy **** thassalotta spaghetti. I am stuffed.
Exercise: Nope. Moderately active but nothing dedicated. Too many hours at work.
