That seems to be the theme for the week, a couple days later. In today's case, it's a couple days later after a pizza blowout and the body decided it was okay to let go of the retained water. Which was nice.
Sleep grade is a C-minus. Pretty average in most respects, better that I got to sleep a little early, worse that I was in that zone where between a little headache, sinus congestion and general discomfort I really didn't benefit from whatever additional sleep I could get after I woke up at 5:00. The downside to water disposal. Oh well. Mostly just happy it's gone and the scale is good.
Not a very productive morning, need to step it up this afternoon. Busy weekend to follow.
Breakfast: 4 strips CF black pepper garlic bacon, coffee
Second day in a row it's been really good, I think I just overcooked it the one day I was displeased.
Lunch: Taco bowl with ground beef, spicy beans, cheddar, avocado, jalapenos
Easy and tasty.
Dinner: Keto bowl, 12 oz All Day IPA
A bit much. Pretty good though.
Exercise: Nope. Soon. Resting heart rate appears to be back to normal.
