Very glad that it is Friday. Slept okay last night. Had to get up once, went back to bed, woke up at 4:30 and was rested enough. Took a long time to kick myself out the door -- almost 6:00 -- but I did. And I'm glad I did. I have been relatively pleased with the sleep lately - for the most part it has felt solid, not fitful, not so many crazy dreams, and really no aches or pains for the most part. Just always need more than I get.
Disposed of a fair amount of water as well, which was nice, even if mystifying. I mean, I had mashed potatoes, tortilla chips and ice cream yesterday, it wasn't like it was low carb. Bodies are weird.
Breakfast: Coffee
Extra coffee today. Had one before and after my walk, then two more at work.
Lunch: Leftover enchilada eggs, 3 strips bacon, lime Masa chips
End of the week cleanup.
Dinner: Leftover baconator oven burgers, mashed potatoes, a few Planters hot chipotle peanuts, 12 oz Miller Lite
More cleanup. Also add a small bowl of Tillamook mint chip.
Exercise: Walk, 1.75 miles, 40 minutes. Pace was slow but steady, never pushed it but never faltered either. Knees, ankles and feet all a little grumbly. I looked back a ways and 37-42 minutes seemed to be the range pre-surgery for this loop, so this was 'normal'. I'd like to pick up the pace.
