You can't outexercise awful eating. At least not with the level of exercise and the level of eating that I've featured this month. Since it's a struggle getting more exercise at my current energy level, it would be a good idea to stop eating so much and so badly. You know?
Anyway, recovering okay. Golf went fine. Got a little tired on the second nine, but that's not much of a surprise. No pain, though, and that's great news.
Tons of stuff to do today and off to a slow start. Hopefully coffee and a little food will get things kick started.
Breakfast: Lazy bagels w meijer veggie cream cheese, coffee
Not specifically on the menu plan, but sounded good and quite easy if not fast. I have too much food queued up here.
Lunch: Home pizza w pep ground beef, chips and guac, later chips and onion dip
Had some extra ground beef cooked up for the batch of soup in process so I threw a little on the pizza. Wow. Really took it to another level. Might have to do that more often!
Dinner: Beef roast and gravy, real mashed potatoes, carrots, garlic toast, 12 oz Miller Lite, vanilla ice cream
Sunday dinners.
Also: 2x Big Mac, Sprite
Exercise: Nope. Fail. Not a huge surprise, since I didn't get home from golf until 7:00 last evening. Still need a lot of recovery time (in large part due to extreme fatness)
