Sigh.  Yesterday was so much fail.  After noon, anyway, for certain but to a degree in the morning as well.  I just didn't have much pep and then got way off track.  I needed to work, didn't.  Could have done my weekend chores, largely didn't.  Ate way too much and badly.  Just an all around pathetic effort.

And then I was awake way too late last night for no good reason.  Screwed up my sleep entirely.  I didn't feel awful this morning, but I was not up at the usual hour and was a few minutes late getting in to work.  Did I mention, pathetic effort?

Breakfast:  Coffee

Was busy enough that I only had two cups.

Lunch:  Enchilada eggs, Masa chips


I made a half batch of eggs yesterday.  Much less sausage, more egg, more peppers, whatever I had left for sauce, a little more cheese.  Just a wing job, based on what I had.  Turned out very good.  Also cleaned up my Masa chip supply, rip that.  Ate way too many in the last three weeks, both my wallet and my weight will probably benefit from a break.

Dinner:  2x mexican, 2x american tacos, 12 oz Miller Lite, Tillamook mint chip


Solid effort.  Had to hurry to get the ice cream in before 7:00.

Exercise:  Nope.  As mentioned, it was a late start this morning.
