Finally Kicked Out

Not bad for a Tuesday, at least not so far.  It is only lunchtime.

I didn't get to sleep as early as I hoped - I was ready but then I doomscrolled on the couch for a while.  Too long.  But whatever, I slept okay and woke up around 5:00.  Struggled to kick myself out the door but finally did about 6:30 for an abbreviated walk.  Good thing I kept it short as I barely made my first appointment on time.  I am so very, very slow in the mornings.

I was rather amused at how good my predictive skills have gotten with the blood pressure.  I nailed one of the two numbers and the pulse (2 out of 3!) exactly when I predicted them before checking.  Of course the BP number wasn't great, but until I get less fat that's the way it is.

Breakfast:  Coffee

Yup.  Again, not a problem.  I may have to give serious consideration to including weekends in the 2MAD/eating window plan.

Lunch:  Leftover enchilada eggs, bacon, a few lime Masa chips


Satisfactory.  The lime chips are better plain than they were with guac.

Dinner:  Dominos bklyn extravaganzza, 12 oz Miller Lite, Tillamook dark cherry ice cream, lime Masa chips


Just the usual EPIC FAIL.

Exercise:  Walk, 25 minutes, estimated just over 1 mile.  I cut a chunk off due to time constraints.  I think the day off yesterday worked as I really didn't have any physical complaints.  Just slow getting out the door.
