Nothing of note so far today. Ate too much again last night, time for that to end. Slept okay. Woke up on time but didn't get going, went back to sleep.
Onward.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup. Even went through McD later for more coffee and didn't get any food. Small win!
Lunch: Leftover enchilada eggs, 3 strips leftover bacon, lime Masa chips
Original plan was to ration the bags of chips, revised plan is to just eat them whenever and when they are gone, they are gone.
Dinner: Home oven burgers, mashed potatoes, 12 oz Miller Lite
Used a CF product called baconator ground beef, which is beef mixed w bacon. I seasoned it pretty heavily as well. Very tasty.
Will also have the rest of the Tillamook dark cherry ice cream - need to add a bowl to last night also.
Exercise: Nope. Fail. It wasn't an ideal morning, rainy, but if I was on schedule no reason that I could not have made it out there.
