More of the same. Got to sleep too late. Tired this morning. Did not get enough sleep. Cracked late morning and ate way too much crap. Rinse and repeat.
Frustrating. Need to suck it up and break out of this cycle.
Lunch: Smorgasbord - CFA spicy and frosted lemonade, McD 2x McDouble and Sprite, later deluxe and meat lovers pizza slices
Yeesh.
Dinner: Subway meatball, chips, 12 oz Miller Lite
Way too much.
Exercise: Nope. As mentioned, slept as late as I could.
