Predictable consequences for yesterday's poor food choices and no exercise. So it goes.
Wasn't particularly ready for it to be Monday.
Lunch: Soup, croissant w butter
This batch of soup is merely okay. Croissants were an impulse buy, to push me to eat soup.
Dinner: 3x mexican 2x american tacos, 12 oz Miller Lite, hot chipotle peanuts
I was doing pretty well with satiety from lunch until just before dinner time, then I got very hungry. Went with an extra taco then added some peanuts.
Exercise: Nope. Up way too late last night, need to get back on schedule.
