Sometimes the fail happens early, you acknowledge it and you move on. Today is just going to be a fail day and hopefully I can get back on track tomorrow.
Breakfast: 2x Egg McMuffin, spicy CFA biscuit, hash brown rounds
Early medical appointment, was hungry later. I'm definitely more likely to eat if I'm out and about.
Lunch: Italian beef sandwich, fries, half a chocolate chunk cookie
Audible.
Dinner: Dominos hand tossed pep ham, bacon jala cheesy bread, 12 oz Miller Lite, Breyers natural vanilla ice cream
Free dinner.
Exercise: Nope. Was up early enough, did not kick myself out the door.
