Yep, once again pleased by a totally unexpected drop. I wasn't super active last night though I did get a little exercise, I had lots of carbs and I didn't sleep great. Not exactly a recipe for success.
Anyway, the week rolls on. Tired as expected, I went the wrong way with regard to the plan to go to bed and get up earlier. Sigh. That's hard.
Lunch: Ham, swiss cheese, croissaint w butter, polish dill spears, cherry Fage TruBlend yogurt
Standard, though I had very little ham so I added an extra slice of cheese.
Dinner: Leftover kinda swiss steak and yellow rice, 24 oz All Day IPA. Cheese popcorn and will probably have a gin and tonic too
Last of that and I'm glad. It was quite good but I'm tired of it and ready to eat something else.
Exercise: Nope.
