Glad it's the weekend, though it was super hard to get my mind off work last night and when I woke up this morning. I'm going to need to put in some extra hours to get to a better place.
Breakfast: Breakfast tacos with 1 egg, mexicheese, guac and salsa. Coffee
Satisfying and it did work well to have less filling. Wasn't hungry all day.
Lunch: Smoked beef brisket, cheesy potatoes, cornbread square
Went to the BBQ place since I was in that area. Ate half and brought the other half home and ate it an hour or so later. Quite sated.
Dinner: 24 oz Miller Lite, gin and tonic
I mean I finished "lunch" at 5:00, so dinner was unnecessary. Got groceries and currently relaxing with some beverages. Photo seems unnecessary.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, little extra walking. Rode solo today so not much chance. With the trip to the store the pedometer said 6.75 miles.
