Just remembered that next weekend is Labor Day and a three day weekend. What a fine happy thought that is.
Weird radical shift in my sleep schedule this weekend. Woke up on short rest at 5:00 yesterday so I went to bed early (for me) -- in bed by 9:15, asleep by 10:15 -- and didn't set an alarm. Woke up at 4:59. Feeling decent enough so far and it would be swell if that wakeup time would stick. I could get back to weekday walking.
Not a huge drop on the scale, no surprise given that yesterday wasn't a good eating day. Today won't be either, so thank goodness for walking.
Breakfast: Breakfast tacos, 2 strips Meijer thick cut bacon, coffee
So good.
Lunch: Domino's ham and ground beef pizza, parm bread bites
I was gifted leftover pizza so I ate that instead of lentils.
Snack: Homemade rye bread and butter
Testing out the loaf I baked this morning. Pretty good, though maybe a bit more yeast and a smaller loaf pan next time.
Dinner: Cheeseburger with mustard and sauteed onion, homemade potato salad, pineapple and strawberries.
I had another half burger, scoop of potato salad and round of fruit too, not pictured.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, not that much walking. Pedometer credited me for 4.25 miles.
