Okay Let's Reverse It

Another small jump, but still, too much rising this week.  Changes will be required. 

Breakfast:  Breakfast tacos w 2 eggs, mexicheese, sour cream, salsa, avocado

Very tasty.  Lighting could have been upgraded, I didn't turn on all the lights.

Lunch:  Culver's mushroom and swiss burger, 12 oz Miller Lite

Is it lunch when it's almost 5:00?

Dinner:  2x Arby's greek "gyros", Rebel salted caramel ice cream

More ice cream than usual, needed the freezer space.

Exercise:  18 holes with cart.  With the weekly trip to the grocery store, the pedometer credited me with 7.25 miles.
