Just stumbling through the work week. On the plus side I do feel like I'm sleeping better, snoring is consistently down (at least according to the app) and tacos worked a bit of magic last night so that's all good. I even checked a few things off the to do list.
Lunch: Ham, swiss cheese, polish dill spears, Fage vanilla TruBlend yogurt, croissaints and butter
Standard. Finished off the jar of pickles so I had an extra.
Snack: 4 strips thick cut bacon
Dinner: Ham, cheese and salami grinder, 12 oz Miller Lite
I definitely do better if I have the pre-golf snack. I'm quite satisfied with the half sandwich.
Exercise: 9 holes with cart, not much extra walking. Just short of 2.5 miles.
