It struck me yesterday just how much corn I consumed - tortillas at two meals and popcorn at the other. Corn on corn. Fortunately as usual exercise covers the dietary deficiency and this morning felt pretty good.
More of the same on tap for today.
Breakfast: Breakfast tacos - 2 eggs, mexicheese, salsa, sour cream. Coffee
The sour cream was a nice, if visually dubious, addition to the tacos. And I may have inadvertently stumbled upon the best way to serve using the taco holders, they fit the giant bowls quite nicely. Maybe I should put the sour cream into a squeeze bottle to improve the look.
Lunch: Spicy lentils
Similar to last week but changed the seasoning - minus ginger, add chipotle power and ancho chili. Pretty tasty.
Dinner: Qdoba brisket bowl (lite rice, lite pintos, fajita veg, pico, roja, cheese, sour cream, guac), 12 oz Miller Lite, strawberries with Rebel vanilla ice cream
Well earned.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart. Modest extra walking. Pedometer gave me just shy of 5 miles. Callus on the bottom of my foot plus 90 and super humid limited me some.
