Sunday At Somewhere

A pleasant, relaxing morning so far.  Slept decently -- it's been fun to see the low snore scores, I just wish I could sleep a bit longer and get more rested.  Getting some things done too.  Pleased.  Unsurprisingly the scale was down due to yesterday's activity.  Just another reminder that if I kept the eating in check at all three miles a day of walking would cause the weight to fall off.

Breakfast:  Breakfast tacos, coffee

Decided to try mixing up the ingredients (after cooking the eggs ldo).  Worked out pretty well, though this is clearly more filling than three tortillas needed.  With the jumbo eggs I should downsize to 1.  Usual mix of egg, mexicheese, sour cream, salsa and guac.

Lunch:  Red lentils - prepared with onion, garlic, spices, ghee and chicken stock

I like these as an easy lunch, I had good energy out on the golf course after eating.

Dinner:  Taco salsd with al pastor pork, strawberries with vanilla Rebel ice cream

Not such a huge salad tonight, but it was super fast and did the job.  Hit the spot.

Exercise:  18 holes with cart, average extra walking.  Pedometer said a bit more than 5.5 miles.
