Title Shortage

Whew, glad the weekend is here.  Lots to do of course, but I hope to recharge a bit.

Not a whole lot of commentary to offer today.  Nice to have a small dip on the scale this morning, being below where I was precorona is gratifying.  Feeling decent, not quite great (ask again in 50 lbs), but decent.  I still need to develop a consistent walking routine and maybe get some other exercise -- a little light resistance training would be great -- but walking is job 1.

Breakfast:  Breakfast tacos (2 eggs scrambled in a bit of butter, mexicheese, jalapeno salsa verde), coffee

Quick and easy.

Lunch:  3 al pastor tacos, mexican style, 12 oz Miller Lite

Second time from this place, they're different.  I'll keep exploring.

Dinner:  Culver's mushroom and swiss double burger, cheese popcorn

May need to find another Saturday night meal until summer is over, it's too busy.  Took 20 minutes to get my burger tonight and if I'd ordered more food it would have been longer still.

Exercise:  18 holes with cart.  Not as much walking since I had to drive the cart today.  And I'm mad at myself, I stuck my pedometer in my golf bag with the car keys so I didn't get a mileage.
