Ate a lot yesterday and "poorly", so no big weekend drops. C'est la vie.
Lunch: Homemade rye spelt bread with butter, ham, extra sharp cheddar, Fage cherry TruBlend yogurt, polish dill spear
Pretty standard. Quite full.
Dinner: 3 corn tortillas w corned beef, swiss and hot mustard, potato salad, 24 oz All Day IPA. Also, 2 slices spelt rye with butter
It was edible.
Exercise: Nope. Rest day.
