Surprise Maintain

I did not expect good things out of yesterday, so I was pleasantly surprised not to have gained.  Figured I would with all the bread and other carby stuff I ate.  Probably didn't hurt that I was in bed just after 9:00 and got a reasonable amount of sleep.

Lunch:  Ham, extra sharp cheddar, homemade rye bread with butter, cherry Fage TruBlend yogurt, polish dill spears

Standard.  A bit heavy on the bread.  Was quite full.

Dinner:  Meatball grinder, 12 oz Miller Lite

I could have been okay with the half size, realized that while eating.  Darned stomach, it mislead me.  No pre-golf snack.

Exercise:  9 holes with cart, not much walking, no pedometer
