Bad Run Continued

When you eat bad stuff, you tend to want to keep eating.  Definitely had that happen today.

Breakfast:  Breakfast tacos, coffee


Lunch:  2x Whopper, spicy nuggets, 12 oz Miller Lite

Dinner:  Same, except no beer

Lunch and dinner were way too close together, it was more like first early dinner and second early dinner.  As a result I was incredibly stuffed and didn't eat anything the last six-ish hours I was awake and was never tempted.

Exercise:  18 holes with cart.  Plus trip to grocery store, pedometer gave me 7 miles.
