Sigh.

Was up this morning.  Expected.  Accepted.  And then this evening I never hit satiety.  Not one bit.  I'm now kinda uncomfortable due to what I ate but no satiety.  Which is really, really annoying.  I'll probably be up three pounds tomorrow and I earned every bit of it.  Honestly, if I'd known I was going to melt down tonight I would have at least had a pizza.

Lunch:   Homemade buttermilk wheat bread with butter, ham, extra sharp cheddar, polish dill spear, Greek Gods plain yogurt


Mostly standard.  Bread was half a mini loaf.  I would rate it as some of the best bread I've ever made.

Dinner:  Culvers mushroom swiss burger, bread with butter, bread with butter and mozzarella cheese,  green olives, Rebel coconut almond swirl keto ice cream




Good lord.  I have no idea how I forgot to take a pic of the three slices of bread with mozz cheese.  And I had more ice cream than that.   Ugh!

Exercise:  Nope.
