Back from vacation.  Never expected a loss on the scale.   Stunning.

Lunch:   Jimmy Johns EC italian, usual subs.  Pickle.

Snack:  BK spicy nuggets, vanilla shake

Dinner:  Ham, cheese and salami sub, 12 oz Miller Lite

Exercise:  9 holes with cart

Dinner:  Culvers mushroom swiss, fries, Dr Pepper

Also:  Ham salami cheese sub, garlic cheese bread w pizza sauce, rice krispie treat
