Didn't get to bed quite as early as I should have last night, still woke up at 4:30. Managed another hour almost but it wasn't of much benefit. Tired as a result and it lingered. Better eating would have probably helped too.
Breakfast: 2 eggs over hard with salsa and hot sauce, 4 strips Meijer thick cut bacon, croissaint with butter, coffee
Good stuff as always. I also cleaned up the chips and onion dip from last night.
Lunch: 2 McDoubles minus ketchup
No photo, driving. Lazy lazy lazy.
Dinner: Taco salad with al pastor pork, 24 oz Miller Lite, pineapple
One of the smaller taco salads I've had, but it was good. Remembered that I had this can of pineapple for a project that never came off. I like pineapple. It was a nice treat.
Exercise: 18 holes, decent extra walking though the pedometer only said a little over 5 miles.
