Okay, so there was that. Not a great finish to the week. Today was at hair better. Got up at 5:00 and felt okay. Got in some exercise and fresh air. Eating was questionable.
Breakfast: Croissaint with taco meat/cheese/sour cream/salsa. Coffee.
I had visions of a croissaint sandwich, the croissaint had other ideas. Still quite good.
Lunch: 2 double cheeseburgers
From a local place. "lunch" at 4:30, lol.
Dinner: 2x Taco Bell beef burritos, Boulder Creek potato chips with onion dip
The chips are fried in coconut oil. I'd like to find some fried in lard but this will have to do for now.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, not much walking, trip to store. Pedometer said 6+ miles.
