Even More Surprised Yet

Another non-gain, wow!  I was sure after eating so much bread yesterday that I'd be up at least a pound.  Yay.

Lunch:  Extra sharp cheddar, potato salad, polish dill spears, rye bread w butter

Deviation.  Finished the potato salad.

Dinner:  3 eggs over medium, hash browns with lots of cheese, sour cream, salsa.  24 oz All Day IPA.  Probably will have a slice of rye bread w butter too

Didn't have anything thawed so I ended up with this.  Good, though it was pushing the line of too much cheese (!!).

Exercise:  Nope.
